Product Description
DJS series mine explosion-proof and intrinsically safe LED roadway lamp is applicable to hazardous areas with explosive gas mixture of methane and coal dust. The lamp adopts an intrinsically safe regulated power supply, which can ensure safety by avoiding gas explosion in case of short circuit; At the same time, the light source uses LED to form a lighting system, and the illuminance of the light source meets the lighting needs. This lamp is a substitute for explosion-proof incandescent lamp and explosion-proof fluorescent lamp. It can be used in tunnels and caverns in high gas mines, and its service life can reach tens of thousands of hours. This lamp is safe in use, energy-saving, long in life and small in maintenance. It is the most ideal supporting lighting equipment for underground tunnels, caverns, parking lots, substations and other places in coal mines. The roadway lamp is applicable to the mining working faces of coal mines and non coal mines with methane or coal dust explosion hazards. Product installation and troubleshooting
Installation, use and operation:
1. Before installation, the hooks of county hanging lamps must be fixed firmly and reliably. The distance between each two lamps should be ≤ 30m. If the power line is too flexible, the middle hook should be added.
2. Three core flame-retardant cable with ground wire must be used. Unscrew the compression nuts at both ends of the wiring chamber, remove the upper power cord pressing plate, open the upper cover, handle with care, and protect the flameproof surface. Cover the compression nut, washer and sealing ring on the power line in turn, stretch the cable into the junction chamber, and install the cable into the junction chamber and fasten it in the junction box.
3. If the lamps are installed in a cascade manner, one end of the power inlet of the lamps at the end of the cascade must use a blanking plate.
Troubleshooting:
The lamp does not work
1. The input wire is wrongly connected or the terminal nut is loose, and the neutral wire or live wire falls off
2. The power supply is damaged
3. LED light source is damaged
a. Cut off the main power supply, open the top cover or wiring chamber cover, and check whether the input power supply is connected wrongly. If it is connected wrongly, correct the wiring according to the instructions; Check whether the crimping nut is loose. If the neutral wire or live wire falls off, reinstall it according to the instructions;
b. Open the top cover or wiring chamber and check whether the input/output leads of the drive power supply are loose or falling off. If yes, connect them according to the identification. If there is no or no fault, it can be determined that the drive power supply is damaged or the LED light source is damaged.
matters needing attention:
1. The nominal voltage when leaving the factory is the working voltage of the lamp, which shall not exceed the application range of the voltage
2. It is strictly forbidden to maintain the lamp with electricity or disassemble the lamp by yourself
3. Be careful not to damage the flameproof surface
4. Do not remove the protective cover, glass cover and touch the light source surface
