RXWO/RW 35KV 600/2000MVA 28kA Outdoor high voltage fuses for power transmission lines 0.5-10A
Product Description
High-voltage current-limiting fuse is one of the main protection components of electrical equipment, and is widely used in 35KV substation equipment. When the power system fails or encounters bad weather, the generated fault current increases, and the high-voltage current- limiting fuse plays an important protective role as a protector for power equipment.
The improved fuse cover is made of high-strength aluminum alloy material, and the imported sealing ring is used for waterproofing. The fast and convenient spring is used to press the hair, and the end is pressurized to make the diversion and waterproof performance better than the old fuse.
Model Description
Product features and scope of use
1. The fuse has a reasonable design and is easy to operate. It does not need to disassemble any connecting parts. One person can open the end cover to complete the replacement of the fuse tube.
2. The end head is made of high-strength aluminum alloy material, which will not rust even if it runs outdoors for a long time, and has a long service life.
3. The 35KV high-voltage fuse in the substation can be fused to reduce the risk of replacing the fuse pipe.
4. Suitable for short circuit and overload protection of transmission lines and power transformers.
5. It is suitable for use below 1000 meters above sea level, and the ambient temperature is not higher than 40 ℃, not lower than -40 ℃.
Product structure description and installation precautions
The fuse consists of a melt tube, a porcelain sleeve, a fastening flange, a rod-shaped post insulator and a terminal cap. The terminal caps and melt tubes at both ends are fixed in the porcelain sleeve by means of press fitting, and then the porcelain sleeve is fixed on the rod-shaped post insulator with the fastening flange. The melt tube uses raw materials containing high silicon oxide as the arc extinguishing medium, and uses a small diameter metal wire as the fuse. When the overload current or short-circuit current passes through the melt tube, the fuse is blown immediately, and the arc occurs in several parallel narrow slits. The metal vapor in the arc penetrates into the sand and is strongly dissociated, which quickly extinguishes the arc. Therefore, this fuse has good performance and large breaking capacity.
Installation Precautions:
1. The fuse can be installed horizontally or vertically.
2. When the data of the melt tube is inconsistent with the operating voltage and rated current of the line, it shall not be connected to the line for use.
3. After the melt tube is blown, the user can disassemble the wiring cap and replace the melt tube with the same specifications and performance requirements.
